I’m struggling to see why you think that’s a good thing. Having infinite resources to spend on players just skews the competition. It’s happened with City and Chelsea already, both champions league finalists.

As another poster has said, better to have a salary cap to improve competition. At the moment clubs lose players if they play well and can’t afford to keep them. Other clubs just float about in the premier league with no ambition other than survival as spending more money would risk their entire future.

It’s not a healthy situation

This is on a entirely different scale to City and Chelsea. If left unchecked the Prem is finished.

Newcastle fans admitting they aren’t bothered if they have murderers amongst them

"Before tuning in to oversee the murder and dismemberment of Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi, Saud al-Qahtani, a high-level adviser to the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), was best known for running social media operations for the royal court and serving as MBS’s chief propagandist and enforcer. His portfolio also included hacking and monitoring critics of the Kingdom and MBS."

But doesn't care as they got the takeover?

I thought Kate had said she wanted to live in Sausi Arabia? According to this she's already lived there and if it's so good why isn't she still there?

The fact it’s already happening. Restricting clubs to compete is a lot worse for competition than allowing everyone to spend what they want.

If we were allowed to start again or if we want to reign it in then we need to go all out and do it. Not restrict certain clubs from competing
Restricting clubs from competing is what is happening now, can’t you see that?
Having a salary cap should open up the competition a bit more.

I agree. Tin hat on but the mags should be free to spend as much as they like. If the owners aren’t holding the debt over the club then let them spend whatever they want.

it’s like me opening a burger place and complaining that McDonalds can outspend me on employees and products.

On that, did everyone have their European bans over turned? as for the €50mill fine, I don’t think they give a fuck, they’ll just plan that in the budget
Would you open a burger place to hide the fact that you hate chickens and are burying them alive on your farm 100kms away

I think the majority of their fans would in all honesty. Shown themselves up for what they are throughout this.

Anyone with good PS skills able to knock up pics of serial killers and the like in a newcastle top/or with shirt?
