I've been presented with pictures and video of what I'm told is a spinning globe. I've never been presented with facts that it supposedly is.
If I had to take this as a truth then I'd have to accept star wars, star trek, Armageddon, independence day, moonraker.....you get the gist...are real facts...right?
But they're just fiction and we're told that, right? But when it suits we're told other stuff is fact and our reliance is on those stories to be accepted as what's told.
You don;t know there's any facts involved, you just accept it and argue it based on that.

Is this still going? Couldn’t explain the pattern of the shadow that an upright stick makes when it is in the ground.
When is in an aeroplane does he think the pilots are lying about how high the plane is and how far he is travelling? Are all maps a giant hoax?
Brilliant stuff in all honesty. I think it must be a giant wind up but part of me thinks he may be utterly mental.

Any water that does not sit in indentation, will flow.

That's because it doesn't stick to a slop unhindered, no more than water stays up a bowl unhindered. It has water holding it up that bowl because water level throughout the bowl ensures it.

The pattern that the shadow a metre long stick will make each day that changes each day and that is different for different parts of the globe. The length of the shadow differs depending what is the sticks latitude position. It is explained perfectly using a spinning globe and the light source being 93 million miles away.

The stick shadow depends entirely on the angle of the sun in the sky, moving over and around the dome, just as a torch would if you moved it over and around a stick in a dark room.
No globe is required for any of it.

How far is the sun away from each stick?
21 June midday how does the shadow have different lengths at North Pole, in uk, in Morocco, South Africa and South Pole? All at the same time?
