No it doesn't. In theory it was. We've at least learned something about some of these players now.
We've learnt more about the manager. Please tell what the plan was first half? And then when he changed it what was the plan. It was utterly shapeless and the players are now under performing. He simply doesn't know what to do.

Also your comment about Derby the other night, when they were winning. Your stupid thread about WHU, yes it does.

My comments about Derby were only that Rooney is doing a good job there under difficult circumstances. It's nothing to do with their result. People are rewriting history about West Ham - their fans were saying the same.

I can't defend today's performance. We'll agree on that, and we'll agree that we both hope you're wrong about the manager too.

Show me a single West Ham fan who thought we would be ahead of them within 12 months of you starting that thread please. Just the one will do.

Is it normally this long before an interview? Can we believe he’s actually gone?
Doesn't matter what he's says ... were in a crisis and he's looking very vulnerable.
Sacking is always risky and in some ways I'm conflicted... I genuinely don't know who'd replace him ... but we all can see its turned to shit and its looking ever more hopeless

Today is pretty not just embarrassing its somewhat damning

I'm pretty deflated by it.

I'm 55 and I reckon that a SAFC fan of my age can spot 2 things a mile off:
A side that screams "promotion"
A side that screams "relegation"

Because we've seen so many of each of them.

The way they're strolling around not giving a shit this team actually look more like a "relegation" team than a "promotion" team.
I'm 51. It does look like a relegation team at the moment. Obviously we won't be relegated but our aim isn't to not be relegated.
Not as idiotic as the vast majority of posts I’ve read. Get a grip man
I've got a grip. And I'd guess you aren't one of us.

Spent about 50quid today with 3 kids to watch that shite,
My 15 Yr old daughter, who watched the second half of me in the over 40s this morning said we passed it quicker and ran around more

Not changing manager with moyes got us into this mess. Changing manager was actually keeping us up

Couldn't afford to sack him and then pay to hire another after the first umpteen times. Given the effect that hiring successive managers has on creating a bloated, disjointed squad and, bingo, you create a club in our current situation.
