Put a flat earthier into space

It's f***ing bizarre behaviour. He's so scared that his world might come apart at the seams that he has spent seven entire pages worth of posts avoiding the question and then flat out denying that the most basic mathematical concepts of a tangent and a normal to circle.

Clearly I've gone too fast for you.

Let's start with one less line on the diagram.

If we draw a circle, and then draw a straight line that only just touches the edge of that circle, we call that the "tangent".

Do you agree?

Woah woah woah slow down there Einstein

You've lost me chief. What's a so called straight line?

Honestly, when this feller started spouting his nonsense on this thread and we started trying to explain things to him, 200 pages ago, little did I know that his grasp of maths would be so faint that I'd actually have to wait for a reply to find out if he understood what a circle was.
Wonder why his world is nice and circular and not random cell shaped.
And why is the ice wall just around the outer rim in a lovely circle too.
Aye you're right though it beggars belief.
circles and squares can't meet under carbon arcs due to pressure density vibrations
I heard circles and squares are the same, just like sound and light.
Actually he did say everything you see further away becomes a circle didn't he 🤔😂😂

You'll understand it once you get the diagram

He understands it. Acts like it doesn't make sense comes back with several questions. Outright denial. Look at the post where he said "explain it" about half a dozen times. Putting the focus elsewhere.

You either accept that the lines are a right angle or not. Going round the houses to avoid answering. It's strange behaviour.
You only think a right angle is the corner of a square because that is what you have been schooled into thinking. I understand, I used to think the same as you and it can take a lot to break free of the shackles of society and adapt a stance of alternate thinking.

Now I understand what a right angle is an I can say it is not what they want us to believe.

An angle doesn't have to be some magical way of measuring the direction of two lines. It makes zero sense for that to be the definition and there is absolutely no proof of these so called right angles existing. You have seen Terminator haven't you? Do you think there are killer robots in the future? That would clearly be crazy, so why think that right angles can exist?

All I can say is that we are all greater than right angles but you will no doubt think I'm just being obtuse.

Non-Mexican hats off to you. I think I got a bit of a reputation on these threads for carefully explaining simple things to him, but you have gone simpler than I ever dreamed was needed, stuck with it for longer and still failed.

I'm back to my old conundrum. This can't be real can it? Surely there are not people out there who can use a computer but function thinking like this or lacking this knowledge, it has to be a wind up. But why would someone spend years winding up strangers and even have an account on the Flat Earth forums, describe themselves as a flat earth scientist on there and even have them dismissing his 'musings' as mental? Real or wind up, both are deeply troubling.
And a circle can't fit where a square should be.
That is a bit Extreme
