I made it
I made it. My dad got lost picking me up yesterday, he drove from Sunderland but his sat nav broke/played up (he does not know how to work a smart phone). So at 2pm yesterday my dad was like ''I am stuck in Newton Abbot (close to Plymouth iirc), been driving for 14 hours and need to nap. So I then got two buses and a train to find my dad, then drive us home. Got back early hours and then slept loads today, being home feels like someone has spiked me with ketamine I am so relaxed
. It was really long and tough, not only physically but mentally. When I stopped walking I was working on laptop etc. I had all these plans of doing loads of vlogs etc but I was just too exhausted. I have loads of photos and vids etc that I will try upload here in coming days.
Below is the live video of me reaching destination. Also those socks I wore were in honour of my friend who died as a result of breast cancer, the crocs unfortunately are my horrendous fashion sense.
Thank you to everyone who donated and wished me luck on here, absolutely amazingly touched and you should be very proud supporting a very important cause.

Well done mate, just watched the Carbis Bay Hotel video telling the story and tour of room with the bathroom in a cupboardAn update/bump
I'm nearly there, should arrive by Saturday.
I came across a hotel in St Ives I've seen for ages that looks amazing, £1k a night minimum in summer, has its own private beach etc and hosted the G7 summit with world leaders in June. Seen a last minute offer for £300 for tonight, so I booked it.
Got to hotel absolutely soaking wet and early for check in. Got talking to receptionist checking me in and she recognised the Sunderland accent, she worked in Atheneum Street occasionally for Halifax Bank. Anyway whilst waiting in restaurant passing time, she came to the table with a manager lady and said your hotel is free tonight! Also they are going to donate £300 to cancer research.
Blown away she came back after my meal to take me to room and said she's upgraded me to executive suite.
It's insanely amazing, I'm probably sleeping in Joe Bidens room from June![]()

Definitely some mackem good luck was sent, might explain our weekend result as I used up or good fortunesWell done mate, just watched the Carbis Bay Hotel video telling the story and tour of room with the bathroom in a cupboardSuch good fortune the lass recognised the accent and to do wat they did. I think it was the "not even a free biscuit from any other place" that did it
