I reckon they'll have 3 wins, 3 draws and 5 defeats before January, giving them 16 points from 20 games. They'll be in a relegation scrap. Norwich look certs to go and Burnley have stunk the Prem out for a few years now. Looks like they'll be fighting it out with Leeds, Watford, Southampton, Brentford & possibly Palace to stop up, even with their millions. Money doesn't mean automatic success.

The same clubs would still love to have the Saudis as owners.

I agree with you that few players will bat an eyelid and will only be interested on the extra 50k p/w they can earn. But I am 100% certain the Saudi's would not have been made some welcome on Merseyside. Maybe it was NUFC fan's desperation, you know that torrid time with 12 out of 14 seasons under Mike Ashley in the EPL, that has swung fans and maybe if you were challenging fewer fans would have been so keen. Who knows? Personally I find it hilarious! Got your club back? You are having a laugh!!

No they won’t , sponsors , players , managers won’t give a fuck about the Saudis, it’s all about money and it’s only fans of other clubs that care and 90% of them are more bothered about Newcastle becoming a successful club than they are about human rights .

We'll see...

Clubs can refuse all they want but everyone knows what happens when a player wants to leave , if a player is getting offered a load of money to play for Newcastle it won’t matter if the club want to do business or not as the player will get the move if he wants it. Not one single footballer will give a shit about human rights either if he is getting a big payday.
Hope you sign all the shit Man Utd offload in the summer.

Relegation would be down to the mess Bruce and Ashley left the club in but wouldn’t be the end of the world , would just set the club back a year but ultimately with all that money it would only be a temporary blip and winning every week in the championship would be fun.
Only fair to let you lot discover that another 23 teams detest your new owners and your fawning all over them.

Yeah, it will be 'fun'.

Top players are all multi millionaires already. They’ll want to play for top clubs that have a chance of winning and further raise their profile. Best you could hope for would be players not good enough for these clubs, then hope they have no moral conscience. The publicity surrounding human rights is increasing and it’s only a matter of time before the next Saudi atrocity is revealed. Then you need to hope the Saudi’s don’t lose interest and decide to walk away as all this is doing is highlighting their atrocities.

Fingers crossed. They were very lucky yesterday mind. I think protests against their ownership will ramp up as well. Their fans will have to use their holidays to defend the criticism as it could be a full time job.
Benteke should of had at least 5 yesterday, useless twat.
Fkn hate the black’n’shite twats! Marriage made in hell...horrible fkn club being money laundered by a horrible fkn arab regime! 😡

They get big pay days everywhere they play man ferchrissakes. To move nufc will have to pay them a lot more than theyreonntomove to the NE. FFP will impose limits on how much. You’re a lot shitter than City and Chelsea were when they hit pay dirt and ffp didn’t exist then either.
If it happens it won’t happen quickly.

Now that Ashley has been replaced by the human rights abusers, they can do no wrong in the eyes of the supporters. So they’ll bring a manager in who will put 11 men behind the ball and hope Wilson stays fit enough for them to grab a few undeserved wins by one goal. A bit like how Rafa played pragmatic, unattractive football and they didn’t complain about it, but there were nearly riots when Allardyce was trying it.

If the new owners are stupid enough to appoint a manager who wants to either pass the ball about or attack teams, then they could have a lot to do after January…
