The mags are really digging themselves into a hole defending PIF and Saudi Arabia. So obsessed with themselves any criticism of the sale and owners is seen as a personal attack on them and the club. Doesn't help when there is thousands of Saudi bots on twitter whipping them up into a frenzy, pretending to be Newcastle fans etc

Mags are twisting themselves into all kinds of arguments to defend their owner, sportswashing them seems super effective. Somehow I don't think Man United, Arsenal, Liverpool etc. fans would have been as easily brought onside if PIF had bought them.

Surely they must know deep down that they are scum now?

Please do challenge MBS and KSA - right back when it was first mooted I said I'd back action. I'm all for the van as the message was clear. I'm all for it being inside stadiums if needed as well as long as the message is abundantly clear.

I like the fact the Palace banner targets the PL as well.
