Charity walk from Sunderland to Land's End Cornwall COMPLETED

Just checking in here with an update and thanks to people who have donated, you guys have kept me going 🙏❤. Edward, Alan, @scotch and @natinnam thank you so so much! My hip has been crippling me in recent days and have lost my voice via a sore throat, but those donations mean I am not stopping and will never quit!

Thanks to anyone I've not named donating, will get around to when I do get time. As well as walking I'm checking into hotels and working all night running my business.

Just recently done 22, 20 and 22 miles in last few days, fitness is great but a hip injury may force a rest day tomorrow.

I'm around Taunton way as we speak, met loads of characters, seen loads of beautiful sights etc

When I was lost the other day in country filled I came across Thatchers cider apple orchard, thousands of apple trees 😂

Reached out to lots of celebs to raise awareness, Dan Walker emailed me good luck and forwarded my story to his director (fingers crossed), Jacquie Beltrao of sky news wished me luck via personal inbox, the rest have just ignored me trying to raise money 🙈

I've spent £4k ish and raised not half that, but it's an experience I am cherishing and it's in honour of everyone you have lost via cancer, not just me, it's for us all.

Thinking of my old friend @The Voice Of Reason who was taken from us October 25th last year via cancer.

Anyway sorry for the babble, just want to thank you again for donations and well wishes 🙏
@Ceverton What’s the name of your Facebook page?
Preece Nutrition ❤
Might not have been him like 😞
Let's move on
All I seen was a lad in a pair of Everton undies walking to Cornwall, and he mentioned Sunderland. 😁
Definitely wasn't me mate 😂

Good work chief, told you your hip would go at some point.
And it's surprisingly bloody expensive innit!

Taunton was lovely. I presume you're heading to Exeter? Bonny place too, there's a nice square with places to eat around the Cathedral.

Some good hostels too. We stayed at Globe Hostel if memory serves.

Good going, if you getting low on funds to move you on, DM me I’ll send you something to push you on a few more nights more.

Aye you were right about about hip 😂. My feet are absolutely no bother which I'm surprised at, wearing 2 pairs of walking socks and a pair of £40 hiking shoes I got off amazon a year ago.

Yeah Exeter way I think. Sounds really pathetic of me but I hate spiders and had a right run in with one last week, was the size of my hand! Since then I'm booking the most "in civilisation" hotels/b&b's I can because I've got PTSD of the countryside spiders 🙈😂

Thank you, really appreciate that mate, you're a good man 🙏❤. I'm all good for funds though and should make it till Saturday when I plan to finish
Oh, if you plan to finish by heading down the coast, The Tinners Arms at Zennor is a lovely pub and has rooms upstairs.
(Also the seagulls in St Ives are cunts.)

Will keep an eye out for that, will try to incorporate a stay there. Love a good pub with rooms. Stayed in a fantastic pub in Halifax that was a top pub and incredible food for £50 for night. The malthouse it's called in Halifax.
