of course there’s not a significant counter protest. The vast majority of people, wether NUFC / SAFC / any clubs fans / non football fans care about what does or doesn’t go on in Saudi Arabia. It really is that simple.

The whole thing seems odd to me. Ability to spend £190m in Jan but max will be £50m if reports are true. That’s £10m shy of joelinton. Ashley has bought some decent players but these just think they should be the level they were in the 90’s and early 00,s

Can you please NOT refer in any broadcast to the Newcastle takeover being good for the whole NE region.
It’s not good, when a vile murdering regime are being lauded because they have taken over a football club.
It’s sports washing and I wish somewhere in your organisation someone would have the bottle to call it out for what it is.
Despite the popular but very misleading opinion the people of the North East are made up of far more than Newcastle fans dressing in tea towels. The decent people of the North East are anything but in support of this and are ashamed, simply because of where they live, at being associated with something they deplore.
I hope you can make this clear!

If I've read the FFP rules right, they have £190m over three seasons. They could spend it all at once, but what about the next five windows? In addition, where your wage bill is more than £60m a year, you can only increase it by £4m a season; that's going to hurt them maybe more than anything.

It's a breach of company law; it would lead to a fine, certainly, for breach of filing requirements. It also means that anyone claiming to be a director, but isn't, would be in breach personally if they signed anything that required a director's signature. To be honest, it's not something I've ever come across before.
