It is barely the start.

You can what about this, what about that, F1, Disney, Qatar etc. but NUFC have unwittingly provided a global window for demonstration each weekend. Wait til MBS is on the phone to Boris asking why away fans are holding up cards showing Khasoghi's head or highlight gay rights in KSA. This is going to run and run so you best grow a thick skin quick.

It seems to me someone gathered up all the Newcastle journalists and told them “hype this to fuck, if anyone gives you any lip we have constructed a highly sophisticated defence codenamed But Disney”

They left this meeting thinking “gerrin” but met with a huge moral backlash not only from Sunlun fans but the Premier League, Amnesty International, New York Times, The Guardian etc. “What a nightmare, we look like a pack of arseholes”

Their problem was turning around their ridiculous pro KSA stance around, must be like turning around an oil tanker at full pelt. Luke Edwards chose the drink too much wine and blurt it out on Twitter approach but George looks to be building up to it.
