You are still ignoring the fact that Holt in the past himself has on a number of occasions defended other clubs stating 'it doesn't matter where the money comes from' yet apparently it does now? Where is he morally drawing the line?

Would you make money for your boss if he was accused of such crimes? The people running your club clearly aren't much better. You can join them in sympathising with the Saudi state.

Mental how people have just accepted this brand of corporate football. When I was a young fan in the 90’s, the players and coaches used to come round schools, they’d talk to fans and were approachable. Now it’s just ran like any other multi-million pound business. I’d take our owner over there’s any day of the week, it still feels like a family club with the same ambition from owner down to the fans. If selling your heritage for a few trophies bought and paid for by money from a despot state is what you want, crack on. But you haven’t got your club back by any stretch and you’ve lost any respect you might’ve once had.

The people who Downie meant have direct contact with Mohammed bin Salman. They work for him and are happy to do business with him. They know who he is and what he has done. Therefore Amanda Staveley is not a "nice person".

With those billions they could have bought anyone.

Their knowledgeable advisors would know its impossible to succeed at any other club other than those who would give everything up to get rid of Ashley. Even Ashley knows what's coming.

They need to advertise. They have no interest in Newcastle nor do they have any interest in F1 or boxing. They hate the west but they have the money and boy do they know how greedy the western world is. That's partly what fuels their hatred .
