I do disagree with couple points. He is not blaming the filth enough but its those who are wanking off over the arrival and those who are spreading hatred to khashoggi 's widow. Along with waving anti west flags.

He also wants them to rise up the leagues. Which is really strange of him to say considering his loathe toward them.

Likely they chose the Premier League because of its worldwide popularity/tv money giving insulation to COVIDs impact on revenue.

Once it's an English top flight club that's has a big stadium and is realistic to buy it's either Villa or Newcastle. Newcastle has the bigger stadium & more supporters (in Eng but worldwide especially). Also it's the club Stavely wanted and had already pre-negotiated a sale with Ashley for.

And Villa fans are nowhere near as gullible.

Anyone else get the sense there maybe some sort of legal challenge in the post? Wouldn’t surprise me if the other PL clubs put some sort of challenge in as to the application of the owners and directors test. For some reason just get the impression this hasn’t run it’s course yet
Boris rushed the sale through for his mates MBS and the Reubens to make it legal before Amnesty, Labour and the papers kicked off.

Job done. The only way to back out now is if Mike Ashley wanted to rescind the deal, give his £305m back and have 50,000 screaming Geordies back on his case. I doubt very much he does.

I think the other 19 clubs might have a few cards to play if they stick together.

Good luck Spurs, the hopes and dreams of the free world lie with you x

This, I’m a bit stuck on what the head choppers will do if their supporters miss-behave or if there are any instances of homophobic or racist chanting.

Isis Utd seriously couldn’t bring a statement out condemning their behaviour?

Also, as pointed out by someone else their players and club might as well not bother with the pretence of taking the knee (given the reasons some players state they still do it) whilst their employers decapitate, stone people to death or dismember people for being gay, speaking out or having a different view or religion.

It’s insane this has gone through and Sky etc will be helping the Saudi’s successfully sports wash their image giving their views contradict those of the civilised world!

Feel sorry for the status of Sir Bobby mind. It now looks like some kind of monument to fascism.
I mean he's dead so he doesn't get a say when a muppet in a Saudi costume co-opts him for a photo-op
:(
Once flew in a Boeing. He’s far from spotless
