I'm waiting for the next mag meltdown (it's the mags, there's always one around the corner). They acted like spoilt bairns, to get #AshleyOut and now they've got their wish will act even more entitled and spoilt next time. It's going to be epic.
For their sake they best not burn those flags.

On second thoughts , do they need to borrow me leeter

You keep telling yourself that. I read the same on here about a Saudi takeover of Newcastle United.
Look, the kind of money this consortium has is mind boggling. Hell the Reuben Brothers are worth £16bn and they're just a minority partner. Staying within FFP might mean we temper the spend, but huge sponsorship deals with Arabsat, or ARAMCO, or whoever will mean our ability to spend will not slow down.

What have been the penalties for the clubs who've breached FFP?

With the right recruitment in the back office and on the pitch we can hope for challenging for Champions League spots ahead of whichever elite side has a bad season.
Milan got banned from europe

I'm pretty sure City and PSG proved recently that FFP means fuck all.
Probably does, not only that, anyone who thinks the Saudis will sit back and play second fiddle whilst their Qatari and UAE neighbours play billy big bollocks at PSG and Man City is delusional.

All about status and one upmanship in that part of the world.

Without reading a few hundred pages - does the separation of PIF and Sheik Their Heads Off not restrict them somewhat in terms of a super rich owner putting money in?
