I think the Man Utd fans said the same back in 2008.
Smidge of a difference between the two clubs, there marra
I’ll be honest I don’t actually know but he’s probably got more of an idea than any of us. Depressing if true .
He's a radio personality. He's just saying stuff. There is literally no way that FFP will let them spend hundreds of millions in one transfer window without consequence.

She has

Her belief is that she's the best candidate for the MP role and has taken the side of the football fans to secure another term

And that's what politics is - you believe what your constituents want you to believe. In Newcastle, they want a strong football club and don't care about genocide etc.

To be fair it's almost impossible to prove whether a random username on a message board is a mag or not. You could likely prove you aren't, but don't see how anyone could definitively prove that you are
Well, the poster who accuses me of being a Mag will disagree with you.... he or she is clearly able to determine my loyalties already. All I have done is giving him or her a great incentive to show how clever they really are.
Thats almost like you are saying, "Ive covered my tracks well enough, you know Im a Newcastle fan but you cant prove it"
Absolutely the opposite
You'll not be educating anyone marra.
You are right, that’s why I said it’s not my job.

Just heard this Ian bloke on who runs Newcastle FC pride on five live.

Adrian Childs (bumbling shit broadcaster) was listening to him waffling on about gay pride and he stopped him and said "Ian I'm giving you the chance to openly criticise your new owners stance in human rights and in particular their abuse of gay men and women, go on, go for it"

Ian said "that's not for me to be concerned about, that's for amnesty International and the government"

Another soul seller.
The most laughable part is the same people will expect others to take them seriously the next time they are having a piss or moan about something with no hint of irony.

2 degrees, a master degree and a job as a project manager travelling the UK paying 55k a year plus bonus would disagree with you there but shit aye maybe you’re right, I hope the bosses don’t read this and realise I’m incompetent :D

If you think that's going to impress anyone, you're a bigger idiot than I thought. There are trainee accountants on more than that.

lee clark on ssn now, thought it was jimmy hill,🤣🤣

only be jealous if they win something and according to bong eyes it could be up to 10 years away
Won't even be jealous if they win every trophy known to man

Has no bearing on us, In the same way when man City win everything. Only difference is we are closer to the fans.

Folks first thing I want to emphasize is that I am fully aware this forum is about us SAFC and don't wanna start discussing them up the road.
Just think it's somewhat ironic they're talking about going for him.
As a few of you know I was based in Merseyside as a cop for 32 years during which time I was based with the ' football section ' and worked Liverpool and Everton home and away. Met loads of players during my time.
Not saying this because he's linked....but Gerrard was the nastiest, most unapproachable bloke I ever had the misfortune to meet. Was horrendous after the few defeats LFC ever had at Anfield. Would often throw a hissy fit and refuse to sign autographs for the bairns.
Might have changed might not...but NUFC are very welcome to him.

Been following this like everybody else, and a few points.

I was massively pissed off (jealous, yeh) when it first broke last summer and now its been confirmed.

The money is obviously just stupid and makes the 'Toon' believe owt is possible. FPP is a big constraint with this, they cant 'do a City' now. Realistically, on the pitch they are going to be competing with the likes of Villa Everton, Arsenal, West Ham, Leicester, Spurs, over the next few years. They will sign very good PL players, but the elite players want to play in the CL and win trophies. It'll take them years to be able to do that.

Yes, they will invest in smart recruitment, academy and infra but all well-run clubs do that now. We certainly do, finally.

The other thing also is that the elite of City, United, Liverpool and Chelsea aren't suddenly gonna stop challenging. The NE does suffer from being able to attract due to the location, and those clubs demand success as much as anybody, no matter how much money is on the table.

We need to focus on ourselves, and thankfully we have a really good ownership, access to billions ourselves, a clear structure and plan, and a really good set of young players who will only get better as we go up the leagues. If this was a year ago under CM/SD we'd all be suicidal. But it isn't.

**** the Mags. Haway me Bonny Lads. and ignore the media ****fest going on.
You've just written a rather wordy post saying we should concentrate on ourselves. That would have covered it.

Don't fall for his bait marra. Whilst 55k isn't exactly a dick-swinging salary, I don't think taking the piss out of a salary nearly 30k above the UK average is good in a week where gas prices have gone up 400% and the Government has delivered the biggest benefit cut in history.

When idiots go low, we go high. etc.

Haha that is such a weak response from them mind. On lgbt in Saudi Arabia….. the law punishes acts of homosexuality or cross-dressing with fines, public whipping, beatings, chemical castrations,[1] imprisonment up to life, the death penalty(though it has not been applied for homosexuality alone)[5] and torture.[6]

Yet watch “United with pride” throw a massive hissy fit if some footballer doesn’t get the memo on rainbow laces one day 🙄
