Theres a lot of sense in his post. The top 4 as it stands now, plus Spurs, Leicester and Arsenal aren’t going to stand still, and you’ve got to fight off those teams and the best in Europe for players, whilst adhering to FFP.

That’s not an easy task like it was a decade or more ago.

The problem they will have is; every club/player/agent will take them to the cleaners and in order to stay within FFP, they will need to increase revenue hugely.

If Conte is the man that the owners want, he will want in excess of £20m a year and want at least a three year contract. The £300m free hit very quickly disappears

They were in a far better position from 1992 onwards and managed to fuck that up spectacularly. Fans aren’t known for their patience.
