They'll wheel out the odd "sensible mag" but make no mistake most of them are expecting Mbappe-like signings, challenging for the league etc. It'll be funny if it all goes tits up. That bong eyed thunderbirds puppet who seems to be fronting the whole thing doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
