Lad at work who never talks to me about footy hasn't stopped banging on about them all day.

At least he was honest and said he couldn't give s fuck if they were beheading people on the pitch if they spend spend spend.

Premier League receive legally-binding assurances from KSA guaranteeing “separation” and that it will not control #NUFC. This was the major stumbling block to takeover, more than human rights or broadcast rights, and deal should go through within 24 hours. (Henry Winter)

WTF!?
They must be getting some money.

Let's face it the UK government don't care about their human rights record so it was probably a moon shot that the premier league would stop it on that reason

Know what, if they want to turn a blind eye to what their new owners get up to in their own country then fair enough, let them crack on. I’m sure there’d be large elements of our own support (and supporters all over the world) who’d do the same in similar circumstances

It’s the hypocritical bastards who screamed on about Ashley and Sports Direct with zero hour contracts and how harshly the staff were treat that wind me up. That daft bastard Chi Onuwarah being one of them. Funnily enough she also slammed the people who killed the journalist and said the government should hold them to account. She’s now got her arms outstretched for them

From Wikipedia

He was appointed manager of Wigan Athletic in April 2001.The team reached the Second Division play-offs but lost in the semi-finals, and Bruce almost immediately left the club, where he had been in charge for less than two months, to take over as manager of Crystal Palace.

Although his new club began the 2001/2 strongly, Bruce tendered his resignation less than three months into the season in order to return to Birmingham City as manager.

3 clubs in 6 months (2 of which he left voluntarily), but he's not a quitter

They've allowed it due to assurances on the separation of the state and the PIF, nothing to do with human rights records

Turtle spert tonight ..ill pass on that spunk fest
Let's see if Simon Pryde, the SAFC fan who used to write for ALS but tries to be neutral hiding behind a pretence of being a rabid Berwick Rangers supporter so as not to upset the s**m, has any spunk in him tonight eh, and asks some questions about human rights, murdered journalists, hypocritical Newcastle Labour MP's etc... or will he suck metaphorical dick and join the NUFC barbaric lovers party.

After all he works for one of the most self-righteous organisations in the country in the BBC, an organisation so 'right on' in its arrogant little world that it must be appalled by the involvement of the Saudi regime in sport and will stnad up boldly against it?
