So first order of business needs to be increasing revenue to the facilitate the bigger spending.
And what’s your one asset that they could quickly tap into?

My boys could support city, united, Liverpool or Everton - all closer than Sunderland but they support (obsess over) Sunderland.
Fat menAnd what’s your one asset that they could quickly tap into?
He doesn’t go to the games[Insert whatever you consume on matchday].
Foie gras special at the Black Garter or something.
They turned their backs in droves because Mike Ashley didn’t spend as much as they’d like. It’s such a laughably shit argument from @Sabre Mag
They have that much money they will be able to invest in things under the umbrella of NUFC surely. I think it'll be a piece of piss.
Steve Bruce? And what’s your one asset that they could quickly tap into?
Where football is concerned clearly not. That’s an interesting take. So I have no morals, values or conscience? Because of the club I support? Ok
Like I say. As long as you can square it with yourself.I don't think me supporting them for 30 years, then a takeover, then me still supporting them means that. I was here first. And for a long time.

Be interesting to see how long Bruce lasts now and what they do in January.
In what sense. I haven't ever turned away from supporting my team. Go with the Same group I have for years and years. What other fans have done is on them isn't it.
..why do you think Bruce has held on.....?Wonder they do a Coleman and sack him before the takeover is announced
Yet here you are when you have something to crow about trying to justify your acceptance of this takeover. Nope, I haven’t confused you with anyone else. Hang your head in shameI haven’t posted in this board for about a year. I think you’re confusing me with someone else
Badly I imagine. Would price me out for a start, but it's an obvious start, and there'll always be people who will pay it.Wonder how a doubling of ticket prices is going to go down?
Look guys, I’m not going to try and defend Saudi Arabia. They’re *****. There is no denying that.
When the original deal was agreed, I struggled with it and how I would react. In the end, I decided I would continue to support the team but I would do whatever was within my (very limited power) to protest the human rights abuses in SA while still supporting my team. You can argue the rights and wrongs of this, but I have come to terms with this.
If you would give up supporting Sunderland if PIF bought them, then you have my admiration. I’m a moral man but at the end of the day, I’m not going to turn away from the club I support. If that makes me a terrible human then so be it.
