Is shite news like, any self respecting Sunderland fan will dread the day these ***** do well. And if you think the Saudis won’t significantly improve them then you are mistaken.

Daft Brucey will be in the media tomorrow trying to convince everyone that if he’s given the money that Pep has spent,he’ll have them in the Champions League within 18 months.

I wouldn't worry too much, the days of doing a Man City are over, the FFP rules and EPL simply won't allow it.

We (Everton) have had to literally run everything past the EPL this summer to avoid points deduction further down the line.

Much like us it'll take years and years to catch up regardless of how inventive the bookkeepers are.

People saying on Twitter they may buy Man U instead as they’re up for sale. Probably bollocks like

The sums involved would just be ridiculous and for that reason it won’t happen. They will complete the deal for Newcastle tomorrow and Bruce will be gone by Monday.

I posted this earlier in the week, but I suspect Gerrard will be at the top of the list as the new manager.

Most sensible post on this getting out of hand thread .

This is about one thing for them being the next Man City, unless this happens the toys will fly out the pram again guaranteed
They so desperate for it they are happy to be associated with Saudi Arabia and all it stands for.
It will take years arguably billions to get where they believe and want to be.
It’s undoubtedly good news for them financially but time will tell what The Saudis ambition is with them
Toppling Man City man United, Chelsea Liverpool not sure these people know how hard that will be
Their first few years will involve over spending on Average players just to be top 8 it’s how far

A takeover was always going to happen sometime, and predictably more than a few on here are trying to convince themselves that its good news. Can I put on record that it won’t be for me.
