🤣yeah he can advise on tactics, transfers, managing ego’s of big players as he has a great track record with all of that.

This has to be a joke surely?
Think it depends on which side of the Bruce argument people fall on. There's a lot of people really think he was the pits and still do, so it'll seem that way - but imagine if for argument sake you thought he was decent / not as bad, then it would be a reasonable idea. And some people do feel that way. But like I say not going to fight on a hill about it.

What about a cathedral on the hill though? I don’t even think @Summerbee would defend Steve Bruce’s record any where. Does ok for 12 months, wants to buy a shed load of players and it falls apart

rinse and repeat, luckily for him he hasn’t been able to sign too many players with the mags so he still has one excuse left in his book for it not working out.

He's getting it in the neck because he's shite at his job.

Did we? Find any evidence of the plethora of posts I have made on here about him that suggest that 🙄 lazy old cliché bollocks.

You realise that we are talking about the whole season right? Idk why you are so fixated on the end. If we had started brilliantly and ended poorly I'd have said the same thing. It's a relegation battle because we are winning only 29% of our games. We had posters on here saying shit like 'see you next season' so clearly, many of your own fans thought we were in a relegation battle too - it just doesn't suit whatever your odd stance is.
It can't be a bloody relegation battle if you stayed up by 17 points! Jesus!

Howe would be canny. Would start ok and they’d all get excited at the better football but over time it would level out and they’d revert to the mean.
Pulis would be tremendous mind and Sherwood out of this world

Conte didn't want the Spurs job because they couldn't meet his demands for a mega transfer war chest.

But he could be attracted by the Geordie culture. Everyone knows that Newcastle is a big pull for sauve Italian sophicates.
It's hilarious that genuinely think he would even consider it. They're f***ing barmy 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Back to reflective glory. Valverde ticks the box as ex-Barca and 5 league titles. Conte likewise with 5 titles as manager and 5 as a player. Fonseca less so with 3 Ukrainian titles. Why can't they see that they are fishing in the same pool as Watford, such as Ranieri, not managers still in their prime?
