Totally agree Grumpy. Whilst i am not a lawyer it appears to me that nothing has changed in regards to the likelihood of Ashley successfully selling. All they / he needs to do is demonstrate a separation from Saudi state and away you go boys!!
Premier League said as much because they know this can't be demonstrated.
This is about Ashley demonstrating that the rules were broken by not adhering to confidentiality, being influenced by BEIN and certain clubs.
Ashley's lawyers said as much because they know they can demonstrate this.
I think this will be a case of undisclosed compensation followed by a requirement to demonstrate seperation as above.... or not.
As has been said by others elsewhere Inter Milan are skint and would be a far better purchase, probably for less.

I said, when they were down in London, and sharing lots of videos, to give him a break. Can't remember how I phrased it. Seems Newcastle fill a void in his life which is fair enough and if you follow him on twitter you see what that void is.
