Pretty clear too. They're very hot on mismanagement of client accounts. She might get away with a severe reprimand if she was fairly junior, but exclusions are far from unknown for it. Mishcon's as a firm should be doing a lot better than that; they're hardly a small high street firm.
If I read the snippet correctly (possibly didn't) the rule breach dates back to 2011, the lady in question is said to be experienced and has since left the firm. I'm assuming the breach was reported by the auditors doing their routine SARS reporting, but maybe on an actual compliance visit by the LS. Either way it's possibly been rumbling on for quite a few years. As you say folk have been booted out by the law society for less, although imo they appear more forgiving than say the ICAEW or say RICS, this a magic circle firm too, poor.

A media exclusive has revealed that a group of young Newcastle United players have been involved in a fight at a bar in the city centre.

The Mail reporting that the incident took place at Tup Tup Palace, a city centre venue that has regularly featured on TV show Geordie Shore.

The report says that a number of Under 23 Newcastle United players booked a table at Tup Tup Palace and the night led to a punch up with another group at the venue.
