Of course it is. Because he's utter shit and always has been. Whatever he knew at 50, he isn't suddenly gonna adapt and evolve so by the time he's 60 he's suddenly a more progressive and forward thinking coach than he was at 40. He's set in his era. Which is 20 years ago. As years pass he's further and further behind.
He is yesterdays man. Probably was yesterday's man 10 years ago. But here he is playing everybody out of position making excuses.
If the 44 clubs in the premier league and championship were all suddenly looking for a new manager, nobody would employ Steve Bruce. He's total shit.
Well maybe Ashley might re-employ him.

Bruce has never been any good. What has he ever chieved? Couple of promotions maybe?
worryingly for youse he tends to start the season ok then turn terrible. God knows what will happen this season.

This is his team now, it's on him. He's been backed by Ashley. Wilson, ASM, Fraser, Hendrick, Krafth, Willock, Lewis all his signings... also renewed deals for several others, others have been let go. 3rd season in he has had time to coach the players into his way of doing things.
We look as bad now as when he first came in and he said the players were struggling to adapt to a new style.

Blaming the correct application of laws of the game for defeats is desperate and only 3 games in. VAR isn't a lottery. But Bruce thinks it's unlucky VAR went against us.
Why not do enough to make it irrelevant? 4 times we've led a game this season and have 1 point.
This isn't a new thing either. Last season was the same until a decent run at the end. Was a run of 2 wins in 21 games at one point. But aye,VAR is against us.

Mags at home today

I’m on the Metro now, just passed through Fawdor. There’s one particularly Orc-ish looking chap sporting their new Porple away kit. He’s got a mask on but hasn’t covered his nose the f***ing idiot. Not particularly busy yet mind. Thought it would be with their kick off just over two hours away.

Was Wilson not offside in the breakaway that led to Maximums goal? Seemed like he was the furthest forward when it was played up to him.
