Was unable to watch it today due to other commitments, so have just watched MOTD. Seemed to play ok from the highlights, but that defence looks very leaky. Once Wilson and/or ASM get injured we'll struggle like hell. Willock coming into the team will be a good addition, but he won't improve that defence.

Awwwwh maaaaaaan. I was so close to putting a few quid on WHU but the Moyes factor wadnt let me. I keep feeling he’s gonna be found out. Mebbes a sensibly ran mid table team is his level?
The bloke got Wist 'am to 6th.

We need to get over Moyes as he is clearly now over us

I'm not Moyes biggest fan as the bloke was just dour, but he clearly isn't the shambles of a manager some like to make out he is.
I don't think anyone could have taken that Man U team off Ferguson and done owt, and the bloke has over achieved with Everton and West Ham.
Maybe, just maybe, it had something to do with the club, and every manager we have had is not to blame entirely for where we are today.

Moyes was a train wreck and derailed the club spun king loads on his old mates last pay day. But to be fair to him he did the honourable thing and quit instead of waiting to be sacked, saving us millions which in turn could have actually finished us off.

Pity it hadn't happened about 4 months sooner when we had a chance of saving oursleves

Just had my usual browse of twitter and they are like a stuck record. Here is a classic:

Did AS not refer to an additional 50m to spend. It seems like it was going to go a long way?!

You think you will keep ASM?

He's some player can see the big clubs come sniffing about.

Make a good profit on him.

Yes in this window because of the length of the deal he's on. I don't think he's played more than 8 or 9 consecutive games either. If he adds fitness and consistency then could be gone by January's window. If he has a good season relatively injury free and he maintains high performance levels he'll be gone next summer.

He get the usual 6 year deal as well?
