Anybody on here going? I've going up there on Wednesday. We've been going every test match for about 25 years. Due to Covid and fixtures I think this is the first test match there in 3 years or something. There are going to be a lot of thirsty fans there this week.

Just asked my mate, apparently we're in the back of that stand that is attached to the pub. Not the Trent Bridge pub, the one further round. Hopefully the back door to the pub is open so we can grab refreshments from there.

Can't wait.... been ages since I was at the cricket. Two years I think, because of Covid.
 
Aye going on Saturday. Not expecting a great deal of play so planned some pub crawls in the event of a washout.

Anyone know if trent bridge are cashless? Expected it to be at Durham then got there to find out the Guinness bar was cash only

Who’s fault is that?! If they were committed to proper prep I’m sure they could’ve played for their counties in the RL Cup. Yes, it’s a white ball, but in terms of fitness and conditioning it would’ve been beneficial.

Really looking forward to tomorrow, interesting that the majority of home pundits are predicting a comfortable away win in the series. The bookies however have us odds on.

For me, if India go with a 4 man pace attack of Shami, Bumrah, Siraj and Ishant it could get very ugly for us. If they go 3 seamers then I do fancy us to atleast outbowl them with our attack.

Not really sure what our best batting lineup is, we’re all over the place, but we MUST go with Anderson, Broad, Wood and Robinson in my view.
