Yep. It's scary how many have been converted to this format but the same could have been done with T20 apart from those awful graphics and naff DJs.A few on the 16.4 thread could do with seeing this.

Why have five ball overs? Why didn't they just have 20 x 5 ball overs, if they were so determined to make it 100 balls a side?
Reframing all the stats by balls and holding up pieces of paper is confusing as fuck and feels like change for change's sake. These noob fans are going to be confused when they move up to proper cricket.
I’ve watched a couple games but really only had tgem on as background noise. The actual viewing experience I’ve found quite jarring and confusing.Yep. It's scary how many have been converted to this format but the same could have been done with T20 apart from those awful graphics and naff DJs.
The novelty will soon wear off.
Same. I’ve had it on in the background and when I try and concentrate on it it’s really odd. Lots of people shouting at you telling you how great it all is. The graphics are awful.I’ve watched a couple games but really only had tgem on as background noise. The actual viewing experience I’ve found quite jarring and confusing.
Why have five ball overs?
Its madness. An over is 6 balls in all forms of cricket. We have 20/20’s and even the 15 over blast. Would love to have been in the meeting where this was decided “We already bowl 120 balls and 90 balls, lets change to 100 balls but bowl five ball overs”
Why not just reinvent 20/20?
