They seem certain that CAT will get this over the line. Not being funny, but won’t take months?

Given it's subject to a jurisdictional challenge, the hearing of which may not happen for months, and which might result in the CAT case being stayed (or dismissed). Even if the jurisdictional challenge is denied outright, there's still a good chance the arbitration goes forward before a substantive hearing on the CAT case.

I am sure they have a strong case to say it is anti-competitive to stop them receiving a cash injection to allow them to compete with other teams but at the same time when the proposed owners have been pirating (and apparently still are) the very product that brings all the wealth to the game then you can see it is not a smooth ride. Why can all these mags on twitter not see this? Why would the 19 other owners want to sit at the table with someone that put hundreds of millions of TV rights at risk? Do KSA represent intellectual property rights? Of course they don't - I recall a figure of 47% for business software piracy. When I deliver courses in UAE not a single laptop has licensed Windows or Office - it's endemic. The EPL is based on TV rights.

I forgot Mark Douglas was still alive, he hasn’t been seen since Rafa fucked off to China
Ah, I didn't realise he was married to her.
Staveley must love having her lap dog fighting her battles whilst she gives selected interviews.

I bet she was gutted Simon Jordan was on talk sport the other day

But think about investment in the region!

What the mags seem to forget is the fact that the Premier League would have been receiving very expensive legal advice throughout this process. I’m positive some of their fanbase believe that the big 5 clubs (and Spurs) just said no for a bit of craic.

Thought so, Ashley must be laughing his cock off
Simon Jordan alluded to this basically saying Staveley is asking mags to protest, hassle MPs on twitter etc whilst the bigger issue is mike Ashley sitting without the fan base questioning him on transfer budget, Bruce or singing Ashley out songs. He’s deflecting everything away from him by saying to fans the club is sold so complain to the premier league and not me 😂

Is it just me, or is it a bit hypocritical to claim it’s anti competitive to be prevented from being heavily subsidised in order to compete with other clubs, especially ones that budget correctly and live within their means?

Jordan with wraith was brilliant. Wraith was like a child swinging wildly with no point practically crying making his point.
Jordan hammers him with ease edu sting him on cold hard reality.
Wraith flustered throughout, Jordan wasn’t even out of first gear.
In fairness judging by connects most mags see wraith for what he is a publicity mad, fantasist arse clart
Are you Wraith? 🤣
Hiya Steve. Your a wanker, that is all
