Applied for planning permission for a front and rear extension on her house in weardale avenue in August 2017.

Access to rear of her property via the site to carry out the works.

We weren’t looking at the ones on that side of the new estate. We were interested in the ones overlooking the fields and with sea view. But they had all been sold. I had my CPCS test that day and was quite stressed and frustrated when the lady in the office told us that they were all gone. Dreams shattered, got back in the car and I took a bit of a wild reverse and accidentally put some tyre marks on the freshly laid turf and set some cctv cams off, but I went back in the office and apologised.

That was the local councillor

I have seen the CCTV when he got beached and had to be towed.

Also ironically he was driving without an MOT on his Blue Merc.

Bizarre for ax cleveland police !

He must have been there 5 mins after our viewing and taken the blame.

Anyway, I apologised to the nice lady in the office.

I am not aware of an incident were an ‘ax’ was involved

That happened months ago.
The fella quite rightly apologised for the mess he caused.

And I apologise again. It wasn’t my intention, I just reversed (maybe a bit wild), rear tyre started spinning and damaged the turf.
The lady in the office was very understanding and although I offered to compensate, she told me it was fine.

Sea view? Back of Morrisons
The very thing that makes the houses attractive - fields etc will be gone in a few years as the very thing that makes a place attractive is destroyed

Could have have a bit of a tidy up and kicked the cheap laminate together in the bathroom before the photographer came out.

It was me. Not taking responsibility for anyone. Just apologizing for my own actions. Nothing to do with your ultra left politics.
