England v Pakistan. 2nd ODI

I’m normally very much glass half full when it comes to these things as regular readers will know :lol:, but we’re 5/4 to win this (Pakistan are favourites) and I think that’s a brilliant price. Not an easy pitch to bat on at all, floodlights on, probably get 250+ from here - I put us in the position of favourites at present 🤷‍♂️

It's difficult to say. The Pakistan bowling was ragged for a time. We also rode our luck, to begin with (Salt could have been out ten times). Whatever happens, we will need to bowl very well.

There’s not much in it, but it’s a difficult pitch - 6 of our 9 dismissals have been bowled, 2 of which were dragged on and numerous other deliveries have been inside edged between pads and stumps. If we take a couple early, like they did, I reckon we’ll be odds on.

Well played with bat Brydon now show what you can do with the ball.
Mr Stokes your timing appears to be missing a couple of beats and the way you were out reflects your recent batting for your county when you were out with wild shots trying to take the leather off the ball.
You don’t have to play in that manic manner every inningsPakistan one down
