Rarely anything other than a result pitch prepared at Durham. The problem is if they don't pick up batting points that could let Essex back in who Will probably hammer or Harmer hapless Derby.

If we prepare a result wicket it'll probably finish with one team taking 19pts and the other taking 3pts...which team takes the 19 pts I cannot say.

If we had Carse in the attack you’d fancy Durham more. You’d think Salisbury would come in who has done okay at the start of the year but isn’t in the same class.
