You finished 12th....us in 48th. Pools need to finish 16th in L2 for the same gap. More likely you are heading our way than newly promoted Pools coming up, but good luck to them.

What on earth have Newcastle done in recent history to support your sense of arrogance? Like ourselves and dozens of teams up and down the country, you are important to your own fanbase only. You are clinging to nearly winning the league, one victory over Barca, being beaten by Drogba....all leading to zero silverware and when people read the history books in years to come the result will be the same as ourselves with zero trophies.
