What a general sweeping statement that is. So you’ve no idea what the makeup of this agreement is, what is and what isn’t included, the conditions on what is paid for, how much needs to be paid etc etc. But you’re going to try rile people up. Sad.

no beacuse he didnt take it out..ellis short did..no dispute about that. donald never had any of the para money in his possesion or control...
though yes donald said he would put it in and is honour bound to do that, though never has been legall bound to 9unfortuantely)

he didnt use the para money to buy the club though..thats now proven..they paid £13m for the club with their own money..short took the £25m as part of the deal

I suppose you could argue that Donald only owned the club because Ellis “took” that money though? So Donald used it to purchase the club, so he took it out, as a non-legally binding loan (according to him)…

your right fonald morally benefitted from the para money but he didnt "take it out" of the club which is the lie..and we know it wasnt legally binding because legal contracts are included in company documents...but yes i think he/they have a moral obligation to fund it..
