The most embarrassing selection in years. Did they not pick up his lack of big game psychological strength before he was picked? If would have been enough to be batting in a test match without giving him the responsibility of keeping wicket.

Too many green batsmen
'Resting your best players because they played in the IPL
Picking a player with racist tweets
Getting the head of selectors sacked, taking on the job himself then making a mess of the job
