The red line is the centre of the thicker dotted line which is the original line they use. It's not much but his sleeve was still further onside than his shorts.

If anything the dotted line should be where the 4 dots are above the sleeve so that the centre goes to his sleeve end. As I said, it's not consistant enough and this is on top of the frame rate distance also.
