They seem to think the EPL have broke the NDA because Richard Keys is mates with Hoffman. The thick fuckers don’t understand that even if it’s true it doesn’t change anything for the takeover. Arbitration is about whether PIF is separate legally not if Hoffham has give Richard Keys the heads up.
