For that reason alone is why these people toes of jobs are far more costly than they could be and as a result, we lose heritage buildings of significance.

Spent many a happy hour in there - go to place for punks and young sensitive Smiths fans with no hassle, table football, pool, cheaper decent ale, canny students. There, the Labour Club, the Art College place on the other side of the road, decent night out with no Townie radgies

Correct, was The Carlton Bar, but just got known as the Langham
Used to have bands on in Bede cafeteria just over the road from the Langham.Spent many a happy hour in there - go to place for punks and young sensitive Smiths fans with no hassle, table football, pool, cheaper decent ale, canny students.
