Didn't say that at all. Apart from a few dodgy starting line ups or subs (which every manager gets criticised for at some point) I think he's done a great job, much better football than Parkinson and he's had ridiculous injuries to deal with. Think the problem is that apart from a handful of players this squad is nowhere near good enough to go up and LJ has been getting rubbish players playing better than they are, or just getting carried by people a class above like Geads and Sanderson.

I totally agree.
Every time we head towards their box, we're being blatantly scythed down, and the ref seems unwilling to punish Wigan's shithousery, with the yellow cards their tactics deserve.

We still need to exploit those positions - we've had 2 decent chances or half chances falling to Scowen and Power and they simply don't have the ability to shoot from 10 yards - very poor quality CM's.

I don't think these have been the problem. O'Nien and Diamond have been poor and have given the ball away for too much imo

The concern is that we’ve got very little evidence that he can play well in midfield. People talk about the Donny game but he was all over the place in that - and not particularly in a good way.

Scored didn’t he? I think he did. But he was a bit lost. Thing is though CM is a problem position for us so can see the clamour for him to get shifted in there. It’s poor so I d give him another go
