Starting to think we'll make playoffs but not playoff final

He comes for absolutely nothing, which puts pressure on the defense at every set piece.

should have been replaced as it’s obvious he’s not good enough.
 
Just to mention - the fact that our central midfielders cannot shoot really holds us back. Our attackers are usually marked well once we’re in and around the opposition box, and every time it comes out to Scowen and Power it’s just the same mis-hit, weak shots

Doesn’t matter who we play in midfield though. We don’t have anyone capable of bossing the midfield.

Winchester is anonymous half the time, everyone just runs past Leadbitter like he’s going backwards and these 2 are shite.
 
Diamond looked very good early on and was leading them a merry dance...we've never given him the ball since.

Gonna be plenty of chances 2nd half, we need to take them.
 
Desperate for a Left Back even if we don't go up we need a LB/LWB who can actually defend or put a cross in. Kinda the main skills needed for the position and we have someone who just runs and someone who shouldn't be in this league.

I agree with this post in general but I also fancy us to beat a team over two legs. Perhaps not Charlton

I think that is the obvious conclusion - who was the last good midfielder we have had because Scowen/Power/Winchester/Leadbitter aren't good enough - Leadbitter because he's past it and the other because they are simply poor quality footballers. Regardless of which division we are in the key areas to strengthen are centre midfield and goalkeeper.
