Lost, but I'd read she was considering an appeal.
I didn't follow the case, I only read a very brief news story about it. In short, the judge agreed Barclays had been dishonest but said she wasn't entitled to anything because even if Barclays had been honest there was no way her company - PCP Capital - could have raised the required funding. Hearing she was involved in a deal that was not financially viable gave me flashbacks to the first attempt.
