Aye we do have a massive opinion of ourselves like and a certain arrogance. I suppose most of us growing up watching NUFC at the top end of the PL and in the champions league will give us a superiority complex over a lot of clubs
when we went down to the champo we instantly knew and acted like we were the biggest club in it. I remember when you lot went down and you were like “ oh Forest are bigger than us, Leeds too and we can’t compete with villa, derby and Birmingham are similar size clubs to us etc”
we have a big time view of ourselves and you lot have a low self esteem

Short is perhaps comparable. For the most part he is held in reasonably high esteem. He tried his best and ploughed in stacks of cash but failed with poor decision making. He wanted out. We didn't hold mock funerals or anything. We were grateful to be bumping around the bottom of the PL.
Donald is a chancer with no money who looked to flip the club for profit. He 'saved' us in that he cut our floristry bills.
Ashley has sustained you at your natural level for years while spending within your means. He has been an absolute success. He should be your hero.
