Golden rule is, always enforce the follow on apart from the times you dont.
If our bowlers aren't too tired and they look as down as they do then I'd make them bat again.

And I always though Scotty best batting was reserved for the chase. He knows how to knock off a score.

Borthwick would appear to be the spin but iirc he hardly bowled at Surrey last season.

im not overly concerned though at the moment, durham are well ahead. Time to tighten the rate with a few maidens is another way of forcing a breakthrough
