Again another NE former manager nobody wanted at the time.....just because they were born in the North East doesn't mean he's one of our own, Charlton was a no brainer for the board at the time because he refused a contract.
I'm sure there will be list a mile long of Sunderland/Durham born players/managers who you wouldn't want anywhere near the dugout at SOL just because he's "one of your own" still means they can be shit

So if a manager is good hes an honorary geordie and one of your own.

If he actually is a geordie but hes shit hes not one of your own?

That's not what I said......nobody wanted him at the time because his style of football was shit, just like nobody wanted Stevie boy

Rafa's football was shit however you worshipped him 🤔

Could it be that he won things at other clubs?

Is that why your fans would love Mourinho?

Can you see a flaw in your argument?

Wheres Mike's stash?

Where has all of the money gone that Big Mike has taken?
I would just let it go, his silence on the question is deafening implying he knows he is wrong but won’t actually admit it. A bit like the Fonz never, ever saying sorry on Happy Days.
We all know he has made a tit of himself trying to be clever. Far better to just keep bringing it up when he gets cocky

Support your side through thick and thin? In the champo season especially there was about 20k in the stadium. 28k empty seats by far the most in the whole of the UK.
I see you've been in this morning so why are you lurking daily but haven't posted in over a week in here? Are you waiting until your safe and we don't go up?

Given I've shown the Mags were a nothing team prior to 1992 regarding league position (LINK), let's go back to 10th April 1991. This is just before the 'Keegan' era and the big money was spent creating the '92er plastic Mag fan which are partially the reason why they are seen as deluded by other fans. Can you guess the attendance for this Division 2 (basically the Championship) game? A clue is that it wasn't even a 3rd of the capacity at the time. Yet you were going on about attendances when our times are crap? Someone hoyed the Jack Charlton video up yesterday and I saw this thumbnail and noticed the crowd looked packed!

As you see, it was 10,004 so nearly 20,000 missing fans  If you'd gone down that season then there's no doubt you would have had some sub 10,000 crowds in Div 3. Our lowest attendance in Div 3 back in 87/88 was 11,379. Your average for 1990-91 was 16,879 when times were shite after your 1990 fail and we were in Div 1 that season so we can't compare. The season before 89/90 we averaged 17,777 and in 91/92 it was 18,390 so not as low as 16,879 you got in the season between.

If we had done anything like what you did in the 90's in the 2000's then the SOL would have been expanded to 60 odd thousand without doubt and probably full most games if we were up at the top challenging. Yet if you'd gone down in 1992 so Hall didn't bring in Keegan and didn't spend big then the term Geordie Nation probably wouldn't have appeared. Even after finishing 3rd in 89/90, within 1 bad seasons you were deserting a sinking ship given the average of just 16,879 in 90/91 and certainly showing you wouldn't have supported the club through thick and thin

If you get relegated this season and don't come straight back up then expect crowds to be in the 20,000's and 30,000 empty seats if you aren't up the top challenging. Even being in the Premier League you had to give away 10,000 free tickets after getting 42 thousand against Southampton in Dec 2019. I would think twice before you talk about supporting the club through thick and thin. The mags would desert the lop sided tip faster than anything seen before if they got anything remotely similar to the seasons we've had over the years :lol::lol::lol:
:edit: thanks for the like Wolfbeard

You still haven’t answered the question

Bruce sayining the one thing he will never do is walk away while they are in a fight, these journalists are absolutley awful, surely it wouldn't take much to point out he's talking absolute shite and he has indeed walked away from about 10 clubs

Couldn't care less its nufc but it boils my piss when they sit and let managers talk bollocks and don't challenge them

So somebody is only one of your own if they are good?

Otherwise not a proper Geordie and not one of your own?

Its harder to compare crowds these days as back in the 80s early 90s not many people bought season tickets so end of season game with fuck all to play for attracted low crowds unlike now when you've paid £500 plus for a season ticket (£50 in SAFC case) most people will still go to final games.Which brings me to your final days in premiership/Championship with those fictitious crowds of 30/40k when the crowds were clearly 12/15k

Another mag myth. Surprised you didn’t bring in the hilarious free season tickets in a happy meal criac. What the fuck are you talking about?

You’re nothing but another spineless mag wanker
