I take it you are aware that Spurs have a turnover of around £200m more than Newcastle, recently finished top 4, appeared in a Champions League final and have actually won domestic honours which were watched on colour TV. Despite him winning trophies at other clubs, they want Mourinho out because his style of football is boring and negative and they want to be entertained. Without access to obscene amounts of cash, Mourinho would struggle now at any club. Does this sound familiar?

Their fans aren’t deluded, they just don’t live in the past and worship a man because of what he achieved elsewhere. I suppose that’s probably the difference between supporters of a big club and those who want to be a big club.

Fair point. I don't disagree with it. But they just want better than what they've got. Similar to Newcastle in that respect.

Honest question here. With the situation you are in now (not where you think you should be ), then who would you want to replace Bruce.

That is after just surviving or relegated .

Without access to obscene amounts of money, anyone will struggle in the premier league now. You give Pep that sheffield united team and they'd still struggle. Granted, he'd almost certainly have used what funds he had better, but he would still be significantly closer to the bottom than the top of the table.

Just hoping that the end of lockdown coincides with the mags down and the lads up

And there was joy and hope and happiness for the red n white people

They genuinely only want Mourinho as he has won things elsewhere and in their eyes it would fit in with seeing themselves as a European Super Power. He could be doing exactly what Bruce is but he'd "have a plan".

Desperate to be relevant

I'd take Howe. Yes he oversaw a relegation at Bournemouth, but they played some attacking football and that might be enough to get us to safety this season, if not it might give us a chance of promotion (playoffs/automatic) next season.

There'll be better candidates out there, and any well run club should have a shortlist ready to approach.

The other big difference between the fans is the way they act about it. I can't be arsed to list their acts of so called 'pashun' as there's too many now, the latest being a bloke with a cabbage on a stick at the training ground :lol:

Cabbage on a stick man fuck sake.. bragging about it too

Just when you think they can't top the previous act of stupidity they blow it out the park everytime.

It's all about riding the coattails of the successful

Worst run Club in the league with the worst manager in the league in that Athletic poll, no surprises at all in that but interesting to see when compared to the rest of the league.

Chronic reporting Dyche to the Mags and Howe to Burnley.

Cannot see Sean wanting to manage them in the Championship. Plus they want Jose so he'll not be the big name they crave.

Doesn't matter if they've not won things at other clubs they're a dead man walking.

Their delusional unrealistic fans would swallow up someone like Howe. The Chronicle doss protesteth too much. Bruce is staying even if they go down. They're fucked. Its f***ing hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣
