The strange thing is the mags are a shorter price than Fulham to go down despite having more points and a game in hand.

Yet we’ve got games in hand on Hull but they’re a much shorter price for promotion than us.
 
Fantastic news. It will be hard to take in some ways them staying up but I actually hope they scrape up, stick with Brucey for next season and redo it all over again in front of a half full toxic Sid James.
 
That Downie tweet makes no sense about rewarding Bruce's loyalty. He's been there 5 minutes been paid a fortune and done a shit job.

It may not be his fault that Joelinton and Almiron turned out to be shit but the way he appears to have set up last night makes no sense. Carroll and Gayle may not be sexy foreign names but they are at least strikers, let Almiron run at people and create chances for the forwards, it looks like they created SFA last night. Fulham are a bit shit too but they do create chances

If we go up it could give one year in the Championship to start building a squad to compete for promotion before we see them...

Lets fast forward and test this logic, will the EFL really pass this takeover when the Premier League won’t?

If the EFL went rogue and did pass it through would/could the Premier League refuse Newcastle entry even if they finished the championship in a promotion spot?

Their game in hand is Man City. Just hope they haven’t won the league by then and concentrating on the champs league
