Shelvey is famously on £80k a week and is nearly 30. No one would take him 4 years ago, I'd be surprised if anyone would now.

Hayden and Lascelles would probably get moves, but they were key parts of their promotion team last time. Hayden's a decent enough player, but he's not going to fetch a big fee.

I’m not on about big fees for any of them but they could offload if they needed

Need Brighton to start picking up points. Most believe it was out of Fulham and the mags that would go down, in reality it's those useless fuckers that look set to drop.

They could sell Lascelles, ASM, Schär for decent money. Not sure how many others? Lewis is ok, but I'm not convinced they'd even get their money back, as he cost a fortune.

Couldn't see them getting their money back on Almiron, who they overrated and overspent on, and has been extremely average. Wilson and Shelvey are both nearly 30 and best years behind them, can't see them fetching big-money as they're essentially dead-end transfers with no resale value.

They'd probably keep a lot of them and be pretty competitive, but I can't seem them buying the kitchen sink like they did last time.

Not having relegation clauses also means players will stay to keep picking up dame wage so can retain some of the better players to help go straight back up.
I’d have clauses players will want to leave meaning complete rebuild and needing to bring in lower quality players.
It’s a risky strategy as if don’t get promoted it’s financial suicide but a gamble that probably will pay off

If they relegated they should be thankful they have fat Mike , but they`re thick as shite so wont be.
Why would we thank him? He's the idiot who hasn't learned from his mistakes and got us into a relegation fight, again.

All he'd need to do to have a PL side, bringing in £100m+ every year, is appoint a good manager and leave the football up to him.

To be fair they enjoyed the last one.

That's how come we had idiots on here looking forward to "actually winning a few games".
I wasn't confident we'd win a few games in the championship tbh. I thought we might in League f***ing One!
(Actually thinking back a couple of years I was worried we'd plummet to League Two :()

Think it will be a fire sale if they go down, but some of their players will go for decent money.
Ashley (with his many faults) will see his investment intact and will ensure they have the money to come back up, as he did last time. They don't appreciate what they have IMO (as soon as we start to slide Short bailed straight away).

He had one. But despite loving you, he decided he needed a project. In China.

Which persona will you be trying out today btw?

A big yes from me, they are in terrible form at the wrong time of the year, but Ashley will invest some of the money from the players they sell and they will come straight back up IMO.
