Umpire should always give it on the probability that the ball is likely to hit the stumps
The batsman always have a review to save themselves

He’s bowled a lot of rubbish all winter tbf, not really been messed around, there’s not a lot else the captain and coach can do when he’s throwing down 3 full tosses in a row but take him out of the firing line
He has, but he's also the front line off spinner and didn't play in two of the matches.

Just on Jadeja, bloke has averaged over 50 with the bat the last two years, he will be in Indias team on batting alone when they come over

Yeah, I know where you’re coming from. I’d have played him in those games, definitely the second Test, with Ali as a 3rd option. Dropping him felt harsh and the wrong thing to do, but at the same time he’s just visibly losing confidence and not giving us the control we need so I have sympathy with Root and Silverwood in feeling that they had to take him out. I don’t buy this narrative from the media that asking Ali to stay means they’ve messed Bess around, that’s all.
