There’s no reason whatsoever. If it’s done it gets announced immediately. What’s left to do may be a formality but as of right now it won’t be done. All this talk of stage-managing is a fantasy.
Friday might not be a bad shout as I’ve been told it’s “only days away” now.

Just to add to my previous update which you all hated but I’ll pass it on anyway.
I was told the original agreement was for Juan to double his investment to 40% and for KLD to become the majority share holder with SD retaining just a small amount. The paperwork was submitted to the EFL and expected to complete mid-Jan. I was told Juan changed his mind after all of this and only wants his 20% so a new agreement had to be sorted which has caused the delay. It will mean KLD is majority, Juan retains just 20% and SD the rest.
Just what I have been told.

Disagree the Christmas Eve announcement was deliberate in my bookl there are various reasons possible for delaying the announcement a few days ...one of which might be organising a big announcement via zoooom or press conference or arranging kld security or travel under covid restrictions or simply getting busy people on the same page for a professional announcement.........conspiracy theorists love to fill the vacuum of no news with drivel of their own making.
