Just for contrast the now much-maligned Maurizio Sarri turned pretty much the same squad into title contenders in each of his 3 seasons there whilst being one of the most entertaining sides to watch in Europe.

Don't see many on here worried about him returning, in fact I'd say it's the opposite, many would love to see him return and Rafagate them again.

In fairness he said if they are stupid enough to get rid of him. But still think Nuno has sights on a bigger job....Chelsea/Arsenal.

A few on here seem to be. And last time plenty were praying he would get sacked or walk away. He's a nothing manager these dsys yet but sets seem obsessed.

He did not have a good relationship with Ashley from what I remember. He wanted to walk away because of lack of funds but Ashley had him tied up in a contract so that it would've cost the FSW millions. I seriously doubt he would ever consider going back there whilst Ashley is in charge, unless he was promised a huge amount of money to spend.
