I think they are very likely to beat us. Been saying it for weeks that their first win will be against us. Many Newcastle fans expecting defeat

I was thinking lower down the top flight than PSV or Ajax. A second order team maybe.

France or Germany (outside of the major clubs is a good shout).

Of course much depends on what they would be prepared to pay... Having made very decent money in China he might prefer being retired rather than take a pay cut. Unless there's a "project" of course

Plenty of clubs are also rans, plenty of clubs play better football than we do. That's the issue. We're not just lacking ambition, we're boring and shit. Tell me, where's the fun in that?

There isn't, but you have been boring and shit since you originally came back up under Benitez if the truth was known but it was deemed he was doing an amazing job.

Boring, yes for a lot of games. Shit? No, not for the majority of games. We were defensively sound. Hard to beat as proven by the number of goals conceded, and efficient up front. That's no longer the case, proven by the number of goals conceded.

The bookies are right to make Sheffield favourites to win, despite their form. Newcastle aren't a team that are usually hard to beat. Especially against a side that plays with intensity. If Wilson doesn't play, I can't see where a goal will come from and I can well see us conceding.

Ha'way man, its hardly any different. Effient upfront? You only scored 4 more in 18-19 than you did in 19-20 and that includes beating already Relegated Fulham 4-0 on the last game of the season.

That says the results, are largely the same, but if you bother to go a little deeper into performances you'll see a difference.

No, but if I say "The football is shit, it's worse than Pardew, Hughton, Benitez and only marginally better than Carver or McClaren", you'd pass that off as me being up Benitez' shitpipe, a typical 'delewded Mag' or something.

We're terrible under Bruce, we really are, the stats above just back up that statement. Let alone the stats that show how passive we are, how many shots we give up etc.
