Winter 2020 cricket Aus, NZ, SA

India will need another 100 runs tomorrow. Batting last against Cummins, Hazelwood, Green, etc. you need as big a first innings lead as possible.

It was actually a decent effort from Pakistan. To restrict New Zealand to 408 in five and a half sessions took a lot of discipline.

He’s only the eighth player in history to score 3 treble tons. He can definitely bat

Don't disagree, he is just defs proving it recently, strike rate of 38.

Need consistent runs rather than being pleased with the odd 50
Aye at one point Pandya was meant to be the one they wanted in that role, but never really done it in Tests. Plus he doesn’t bowl much now

Yeah not sure he has got it in him at test evel, ODIs for sure

All three Tests are shaping up very nicely in terms of being competitive for the whole five days. It’s brilliant stuff.

Test Cricket is king

I love stats like this, I’d even looked it up before they started talking about it

Abbas needs to get to 81 balls without scoring before he beats the world record. Only 9 more for Pakistan record
Anyone on here old enough to remember, or heard of John Murray, the English WK who holds the record from the 60s?
Boooo

Where did you find that? Is there a website?
This Murray fella took 81 apparently
No. News reports. Murray was approximate I think, before they recorded ball by ball. Allott of NZ has an official 77 from 2011
